Conversion Rate Optimisation

Conversion rates; an oft discussed metric of the online marketing world, but what does it really mean and why are they important? Basically, conversion is when a visitor to your website does something that you want them to (be that buying your product, contacting you, downloading information or signing up for a newsletter). The rate at which your visitors do this is your conversion rate.

I specialise in giving you an honest assessment of your website with the sole aim of helping to improve your conversion rate. That could involve design, usability, content strategy or even marketing (as the better quality your visitors are the more likely they are to convert). Sometimes an assessment may return recommendations for more than one are of improvement for your site.
